Born into the trades and Real Estate Vince Rollins began helping his father rehab single family homes and multi unit apartment buildings by age 13. He worked his way through college using the remodeling and construction skills he honed. While acquiring a teaching degree at Shippensburg University he learned to play guitar and sing. That led to a multiyear music entertaining and recording career, which allowed him the opportunity and means to buy, manage, and sell residential and commercial properties.

This may not be the combination of skill sets one thinks of when picturing a successful professional realtor's development path, but it has proven to be one for Vince. He brings a unique perspective to each transaction, he knows he can't change the world for everybody, but the right property can change somebody’s world and that’s a great start.
